Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total command over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the mail account you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
